NMDOJ launches community training initiative about scams

NEW MEXICO (KRQE) – The New Mexico Department of Justice has launched a new training initiative aimed at educating New Mexicans about scams, including those using artificial intelligence, and how to recognize, avoid, and report them before harm occurs.  The new initiative, called "Stop. Drop. Verify." provides free education presentations and resources for communities, organizations, schools, and partner agencies.  “Scams are becoming increasingly [...]
