NFL scouting combine attracts football prospects and city revenues
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The 2026 NFL scouting combine brings millions of dollars to Indianapolis.
Christine Zetzel is director of strategic marketing at Visit Indy, which serves as the convention and visitors bureau for the city. She said of the combine, “It has an economic impact of about $9.1 million for the city. When you think about all the players, the coaches, the prospects, even the visitors who want to become part of it, they are all eating at a restaurant, staying at hotels, so, yeah, it’s a huge driver for the city.”
