New resource center opens to aid flood victims in Centerville

A Multi-Agency Resource Center, or MARC, opened on Friday at the VFW Post in Centerville, Mo. The center is providing vital assistance to mid-Missouri residents still recovering from severe storms and flash flooding that hit the area two weeks prior.
