New Orleans officials respond to racist incident at Carnival parade: 'Deeply offensive'
New Orleans authorities and the La. Attorney General are investigating a racist display that occurred during the Krewe of Tucks parade on Saturday, Feb. 14, which involved an individual on a parade float with dolls hanging by their necks, and has been condemned by city and state leaders as a "horrific hate crime".
