New bar opens in downtown Saratoga Springs

A new bar has opened at 63 Putnam Street in downtown Saratoga Springs. According to a press release from Roohan Realty, The Hi-Note Bar is owned by Robert Rezin, Brady Dillon, Corey Melancon, and Ryan Reed.
