Nevada Sen. Rosen criticizes ICE for deporting driver before sentencing: 'ICE is out of control'

Democratic Nevada Sen. Jacky Rosen said “ICE is out of control” when responding to the 8 News Now Investigators’ reporting about a deportation that occurred before a man who killed a woman faced any consequences.
