Neighbors demand answers after deadly crash on unfinished road

Neighbors are fired up about a dirt road along 4100 South and 8400 West, that they say was supposed to be fixed up years ago. After a 15-year-old died in a rollover crash earlier this week, many say this long-standing safety concerns need to be addressed.
