Nearly $7 million investment announced for Philadelphia Stock Exchange

PHILADELPHIA (WPHL) -- The Philadelphia Stock Exchange will receive a multi-million dollar investment from Nasdaq Inc. and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Governor Josh Shapiro announced on Wednesday.
