Mt. Carmel strengthens support for Westcliffe veterans

(COLORADO SPRINGS) — Mt. Carmel Veterans Service Center is renewing and expanding its outreach in Westcliffe and across Custer County by reestablishing a "boots on the ground" presence in the area.
