Missouri, Illinois kick off 'Severe Weather Preparedness Week'

Missouri and Illinois are kicking off "Severe Weather Preparedness Week" to encourage residents to prepare for the upcoming storm season, following a year of 16 tornado-related deaths in Missouri, the highest total in 14 years.
