Minnesota road rage shooting leaves one injured, suspect in custody after surrender

ST. CLOUD, MN – A Minnesota man is accused of opening fire on another driver during a road rage incident early Sunday, sending the victim to the hospital with a gunshot wound and prompting charges of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon.
