CAMDEN, N.J. — A federal judge has ruled that a racial discrimination lawsuit filed by longtime Millville educator Jacqueline Cruz against the Millville Board of Education and Superintendent Tony Trongone will proceed to trial after denying the defendants’ motion for summary judgment.
