Migrant Thief Ordered Removed from U.S. in 2024 Found in New Jersey Sanctuary

Newark, NJ — A Colombian national convicted of felony grand larceny in Virginia and identified as part of a South American theft group was arrested April 16 and is now in ICE custody awaiting removal, federal officials said.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Newark identified the woman as Diana Carolina Bustos-Perez, noting she had already received a final order of removal in 2024 prior to her arrest.
