Mexican National Held in Ocean County Jail on DWI, Hit-and-Run Charges

Toms River, NJ – A Mexican national is being held at the Ocean County Jail after authorities charged him with driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident, according to county inmate records.

Filomeno Cholula-Garcia, 51, was booked into the Ocean County Jail on Sunday and remains in custody. Jail records identify him as a citizen of Mexico and indicate he is being held at the county’s main correctional facility.
