Mercy Chefs is feeding residents affected by the winter storm

MONROE, La. (KTVE/KARD) – Mercy Chefs, a nonprofit that sets up mobile kitchens after disasters, is now making meals for residents in Ouachita Parish still recovering from the winter storm.
