May’s Arkansas Revenue Reports points to ‘substantial surplus’ for fiscal year

The Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration has reported a substantial surplus of $585.8 million for fiscal year 2026, with May net general revenue collections $10 million ahead of the revised forecast.
