INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The Marion County Public Health Department (MCPHD) has notified 792 affected clients of unauthorized access of their personal information.

An MCPHD employee was found to have accessed the names, e-mail addresses, dates of birth, and lab results from clients who received tests processed by MCPHD’s lab. The patient information accessed was more than necessary for the employee to complete their job-related tasks.
