Man rescued at Waimea Bay; busy holiday weekend keeps Ocean Safety crews active

Honolulu Ocean Safety lifeguards performed CPR on an unresponsive man at Waimea Bay Saturday afternoon. The rescue comes as crews report 23 rescues across East Oʻahu beaches during the busy President’s Day weekend.
