Man shot and killed in late-night city violence

Baltimore, MD — A late-night shooting in North Baltimore left a 56-year-old man dead after officers found him suffering from gunshot wounds on a city street.

The incident occurred around 11:39 p.m. Thursday in the 2800 block of West Cold Spring Lane. Northern District patrol officers responded to reports of gunfire and located the victim at the scene.

Medics transported the man to a nearby hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
