Man arrested in connection to string of Bakersfield break-ins

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- Samuel Smith, 29, was arrested by the Bakersfield Police Department on Tuesday, April 7, in connection with recent reports of theft and vandalism around the city.
