Louisiana Appeals Court sends Baker school takeover case back to district

The First Circuit Court of Appeal ruled in favor of the City of Baker School Board after it filed a lawsuit, accusing the Louisiana Board of Elementary and Secondary Education (BESE) of violating the Open Meetings Law.
