Local farm uses helicopter to protect crops from recent overnight freeze

With temperatures earlier this week dropping into the 20s overnight, Fishkill Farms went to great lengths to protect their crops. Conditions like that can put an entire orchard at risk, so the farm did something called frost mitigation. They used a helicopter overnight to push warmer air down onto the trees all in an effort to protect their blossoms.
