Local boy returns home to lead Border Patrol's San Diego Sector

Justin De La Torre has been appointed as the new Chief Patrol Agent of the San Diego Sector, and is committed to ensuring his agents have the resources to be successful in their jobs, while also tracking down narcotics and maintaining border security.
