Little Rock Air Force Base conducts prescribed burn to prevent wildfires

The Little Rock Air Force Base had started conducting prescribed burns to create burn layers, preventing future wildfires from spreading onto the base. Randy Cozad with Barksdale Air Force Wildlife Fire Support Module explained what a burn layer was.
