Legislation changing speed limit for Pennsylvania dirt roads up for vote in House

(WHTM) -- Legislation changing the default speed limit on Pennsylvania dirt roads got a unanimous "yes" from the House Transportation Committee. There were 26 yes votes for State Rep.
