Las Vegas police fatal stats won't include death of unborn child

Maximiliano Chavez was charged with DUI and reckless driving resulting in the death of an unborn child and other charges for the child's mother, older brother, and another person, who all suffered life-threatening injuries, after a multi-vehicle crash in September.
