Las Vegas man arrested 36 times accused of operating financial forgery lab, stealing mail month after release

A 36-time offender arrested about a month after a clash between police and the courts over his release in a prior crime, allegedly stole mail using a shaved key, operated a financial forgery lab, and left methamphetamine out in a home with eight children, according to an arrest report.
