Las Vegas club promoter cited for speeding weeks before suspected DUI crash involving family

An accused DUI driver who Las Vegas police said collided with a family on a sidewalk, severely injuring a mother and a 2-year-old girl, was cited late last year for speeding more than 25 miles over the limit, according to documents the 8 News Now Investigators obtained Monday.
