Kingsport PD: Man arrested for sexual battery, exploitation of a minor

KINGSPORT, Tenn. (WJHL) — The Kingsport Police Department (KPD) arrested a man on Friday for aggravated sexual battery and especially aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor.
