KCSO identifies victim killed in Knotts Street shooting

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- The Kern County Sheriff’s Office has identified one of the victims of the deadly Knotts Street shooting that occurred Monday morning, that left one person dead and another wounded.
