'Just Glorious': Medal of Honor awarded to Escondido Korean War Veteran

Retired Navy Captain Royce Williams, a decorated fighter pilot from Escondido, will receive the Congressional Medal of Honor for his heroic actions during the Korean War, after a lifetime of service and keeping his mission secret for over 50 years.
