Johnstown police arrest man accused of exposing himself, sexual offenses

JOHNSTOWN, Pa. (WTAJ) — Johnstown Police arrested a man Thursday connected with repeated incidents of indecent exposure and related offenses. Police found and arrested Walter Null Jr., a 72-year-old white male, at the Sheetz on Central Avenue.
