Jeffco SWAT member drank 'better part of a 12 pack' morning of Evergreen High School shooting: Report

A Jefferson County Sheriff's Office SWAT team sergeant, who was reported as being intoxicated while responding to the Evergreen High School shooting, had consumed a "12 pack" earlier that morning, according to an investigation summary.
