Ivan Miller, Wayne County triple homicide suspect, files motion for DPS records

The defense team for Ivan Miler, the man accused of killing three women in Wayne County, has filed a motion to compel. If approved, this motion would require the Utah Department of Public Safety to provide certain records after it denied a previous subpoena.
