Honor walk for mother, daughter shooting victims; murder charges filed

Robert Winkelman was originally charged with first-degree assault, but on Tuesday, the Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney's Office amended the filing to include two counts of first-degree murder and two counts of armed criminal action.
