Honolulu Passport Fair: Get your passport application started

Residents of Hawaiʻi can apply for a passport in person at the ʻAiea Library on April 18th, by appointment, and must bring proof of identity and citizenship, a completed DS-11 passport application, a passport photo, and payment.
