Hochul expands proposed state restrictions on coordinating with ICE

Governor Kathy Hochul has proposed a plan to limit cooperation between federal immigration enforcement and local and state authorities, while allowing coordination for serious crimes, and to protect immigrant New Yorkers from ICE tactics.
