Heavy rain setup of Sunday, flooding concerns return to Pennsylvania

ALTOONA, Pa. (WTAJ) -- Weather action remains unsettled as we head into Sunday. The local National Weather Service Offices have issued an Areal Flood Watch for parts of the viewing area.
