Governor Cox proposes 'stay the course' budget with no income tax cut

Governor Spencer Cox is proposing a budget for the next fiscal year that chief executive of his Office of Planning and Budget Sophia DiCario called a "stay the course" budget of $30.7 billion for the state's next fiscal year that begins in July.
