Gov. Pritzker signs bill to honor Emmett Till and his mother

Governor JB Pritzker signed House Bill 4323 to designate July 25 as Emmett Till Day in Illinois, honoring the legacy of the young civil rights icon and his mother, Mamie Till-Mobley.
