Gov. Newsom announces appointment of judge to Kern County Superior Court

BAKERFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- Gov. Gavin Newsom has appointed a new judge to the Kern County's Superior Court. On Friday, Newsom's office announced Jennifer Feige as a new judge in Kern County.
