Good Samaritans help rescue surfer battered by waves at Sunset Cliffs

A surfer was rescued after being swept off the rocks by powerful waves at Sunset Cliffs, with the help of two Good Samaritans and San Diego Fire-Rescue, and was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
