Gansevoort woman arrested, accused of scalding her dog

The Saratoga County Sheriff's Office arrested a woman in Moreau for allegedly intentionally harming her dog, causing an infection and burn wounds. 57-year-old Vanessa French, of Gansevoort was arrested for aggravated cruelty to animals on Tuesday.
