Fun Factory, Dave & Buster’s, others face new permit rules in Honolulu

Businesses on Oʻahu that offer video amusement devices must now have a permit from the Honolulu Police Department. The new requirement is part of a Honolulu law aimed at separating legal operations from illegal gambling.
