Fulton County Treasurer announces candidacy for Smullen's seat

Fulton County Treasurer Heather Scribner has announced her candidacy for the 118th State Assembly District. She's running as a Republican, and will face a primary against Johnstown Town Supervisor Christina VanValkenburgh and Gloversville native Chanda King.
