Friends, family remember 17-year-old shot and killed in Cedar City with special memorial

Nearly a year after the tragic loss of 17-year-old Kaylee Dutton, the community continues to show up in unexpected and heartfelt ways. At Kaylee's headstone and at the spot on Midvalley Road where she lost her life, friends have put up Christmas trees in her honor.
