Caddo Parish Parks and Recreation has partnered with BD Photography to offer a "Through Their Eyes" photography program for students in grades 6-11, with classes held at the Martin Luther King Neighborhood Association on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
