LOUISIANA (KTVE/KARD) -- Due to ongoing winter weather conditions, the Fourth Judicial District Court will be closed Thursday, Jan. 29, with plans to reopen on Friday, Jan. 30. The Fourth Judicial District Court serves Morehouse and Ouachita Parishes.
