Fort Carson opens new bistro for on-post dining

(FORT CARSON, Colo.) — On Wednesday, April 15, the 4th Infantry Division and Fort Carson opened the doors of the Mountain Post's second campus-style dining venue (CSDV), the Stack House Bistro.
