Former St. Louis alderwoman to repay $46,000 in ethics fines

Former St. Louis Alderwoman Christine Ingrassia has agreed to repay nearly $46,000 in long-standing fines to the Missouri Ethics Commission under a consent judgment approved earlier this month in St. Louis Circuit Court.
